How to contact Brewstead during V0.1 Early Access
Version 0.1 | Prepared: August 22, 2026 | Effective upon first public publication of this version1. Official Early Access Contact
The current official Early Access contact address is homebrewingapp@gmail.com. Brewstead may later replace this with domain-based addresses such as support@brewstead.app, privacy@brewstead.app, or security@brewstead.app while keeping the underlying support workflow consistent.
2. What You Can Contact Brewstead About
- Brewstead bugs, crashes, sync problems, or unexpected behavior;
- Early Access purchase, receipt, refund, chargeback, or entitlement questions;
- account access, email changes, account recovery, or deletion requests;
- privacy questions or requests;
- security vulnerabilities or suspected security incidents;
- abusive or unlawful shared content if sharing is available;
- copyright, impersonation, or other rights-related complaints;
- product feedback and feature suggestions.
3. Response Times
Brewstead V0.1 Early Access does not include a guaranteed response-time service level. Brewstead will make every reasonable effort to respond as soon as we are able, taking into account the seriousness and urgency of the issue. Security incidents, account compromise, payment problems, and data-loss risks may receive higher priority than general feature requests.
4. Information to Include
When relevant, include the verified account email, app version, device/operating-system version, a clear description of what happened, and screenshots that do not expose unnecessary private information. For billing issues, include the transaction reference or purchase date if available. Never email full payment-card numbers, passwords, private API keys, or other secrets.
5. Security Reports
Good-faith security reports are welcome. Do not exploit a vulnerability beyond what is reasonably necessary to demonstrate the issue, access unrelated user data, cause disruption, extort Brewstead, or publicly disclose sensitive details before Brewstead has a reasonable opportunity to investigate. Unauthorized penetration testing or bypassing security controls remains prohibited unless Brewstead has expressly authorized the testing.
6. Feedback
Brewstead welcomes Early Access feedback. Submitting a suggestion does not obligate Brewstead to implement it and does not entitle the submitter to compensation, royalties, or ownership in Brewstead. See the Terms of Service for the feedback license.
7. Emergencies
Brewstead support is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, contact the appropriate local emergency or professional resource. If Brewstead receives a credible report of imminent serious harm or severe unlawful misuse, Brewstead may take appropriate protective or reporting action as described in the Terms and Privacy Policy.
8. Policy and Contact Changes
Brewstead may update support channels as the product grows. The current contact method will be posted on the Brewstead website and, where appropriate, within the app.
